Insulated pipeline ends
Installed at the end of pipeline and insulated. Can be part of component (T-branch) or we can just deliver material for insulation on construction site.
The end cup
Watertight cap, which closes the insulation at the end of the pipeline .Made of shrinking material, can be assembled at the construction, or delivered already installed on the component.
Compensating foam pads
Compensating pads allow dilatation movements of an element at the end of straight section. They are made of polyethylene with increased thermal stability and can be easily welded by hot air gun .
Other typical characteristics of pads are:
- high elasticity in temperatures-70°C to+85°C
- good shock absorption effect
- high terminal insulation ability
- low water absorption
- high resistance factor against water vapour diffusion
- good chemical resistance
Suspension characteristic and compressive stress
- Material compressive stress at 25% deformity – 48 kPa
- Material compressive stress at 50% deformity– 116 kPa
- Material compressive stress at 75% deformity– 325 kPa
Because this substance has small cells and small specific weight, it has as very good thermo-insulating ability - lambda = 0,040 W / mK.

Wall bushes are used for sealing against the penetration of water in places where pipes go through walls, sockets, well walls etc.

Prevents moisture penetration along the pipe into the building. It is plastic sliding pipe with a collar, inner diameter of which corresponds to the outer diameter of casing pipe. The space between the sliding pipe and casing pipe is sealed with shrink foil – supplied by Pipeco Slovakia.
Length is valid for 1 size reduction. When there is more than 1 size reduction, L can be higher 50 - 100 mm.

Permanently working :
L = 2500 mm (DN < 300)
L = 3000 mm (DN > 350
For PN 1,6 MPa, PN 2,5 MPa, PN 4,0 MPa
Delivered is pre-stressed to full length.
Starting (axial bellows type ):
L = max 820 mm (DN < 300)
L = min 840 mm (DN > 350)
Delivered as non-insulated. After thermal expansion and pipe pre-stress, compensator must be welded and insulated by supplied components.
For PN 1,6 MPa, PN 2,5 MPa
