Carrier pipe
PIPECO SLOVAKIA s.r.o.  offers steel pipes according to STN 42 0250.12 / ISO 9329 -1 or STN 42 0144.12/ISO 9330 - 1.
Sizes: STN 42 5715.01 / ISO 4200 or STN 42 5738 / ISO 4200
Material: STN 11 353.1 / St.37.0 / TS 360 or 11 375.1 / TW 360, in accordance with EN 253.
All steel pipes and components used for the fabrication of pipe system must be delivered with a 3.1B certificate in accordance with EN 10204.
Bevels: STN 13 1070 / ISO 6761

The wall thickness of the steel pipes are based on many years' experience and balance material consuption against price. The standardised wall thickness are more than sufficient to withstand normal operation pressures.  

Lengths: 

DN 20, DN 25   L = 6 m

 

DN 40 - DN 80   L = 6 m, 12 m
DN 100 - DN 1000   L = 12 m

However, it is possible to supply pipes and components made of other materials such as: galvanized tubes, plastic tubes (polyethylene, polypropylene), copper, glass fiber reinforced epoxy pipes, or whatever the customer requires.


Polyurethane foam - PUR

The thermal insulation complies with the requirements of EN 253.

Jacket pipe HDPE or SPIRO
The requirements for PE casing and welding of PE casing for fittings and joints can be found in EN 253, 448 and 489.
For under ground system, (High-density polyethylene) PE - HD jacket is supplied according to STN 64 3041 or ISO 3607, DIN 8074.

For above ground system, galvanized metal sheet casing is supplied according to PA 12 0314 or DIN 24 145.
