Preinsulated system PIPECO Print E-mail
Company PIPECO SLOVAKIA s.r.o. offers a complete construction system of preinsulated pipes, elbows, valves, compensators and other components including monitoring system.

{tab=Preinsulated system working up to 145°C}

PIPECO SLOVAKIA s.r.o. produces system working up to 145°C. The steel pipe, PUR insulation and PE casing are bonded together in one construction which acts as one whole. When the steel pipe is subject to temperature variations - heating or cooling - the whole assembly will expand or contract. There are two ways the pipeline could be installed: buried using HDPE jacket or above ground using galvanized metal sheet casing.

{tab=Pre-insulated piping above 145°C}

Pre-insulated piping above 145°C offers PIPECO SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. (Ltd.) company, as so called sliding system. It is characteristic, that service pipe is during thermal extension  (shortening) moving in insulation and does not transfer the stress on it, because its deposition is sliding. Insulation and protective jacket are versus surrounding environment without movements and bonding between mineral wool, PUR foam and and protective jacket is firm.

1. Jacket pipe
2. Polyuretane foam
3. Sensor wires (alarm system)
4. Mineral wool
5. Sliding layer Rigoform
6. Meda carrying pipe

The piping can be led underground channelless in HDPE jacket, or aboveground in SPIRO jacket.
The construction of pipes and components acting as sliding system is  technically demanding and requires even at first design draft cooperation with the employees of the company.

More information about this system can be found in tech. documentation.
